School Ski Trip to Hidden Valley, Elkwater - January 22nd, 2025
Dear Parents and Guardians,
We are excited to announce the upcoming school ski trip to Hidden Valley, Elkwater on January 22nd, 2025. This is a wonderful opportunity for students to enjoy a day of skiing and snowboarding in a fun and safe environment.

- Participant Registration/Consent Form
- Equipment and Assumption of Risk Form

Submission Process:
Please print the forms and return them to the school office by January 9th, 2025. Extra copies are available in the office if needed.Note:
These forms do not guarantee a spot on the trip until payment has been made through SchoolCash Online.
Forms and payment must be submitted by the January 9th, 2025 deadline. -
Payment Instructions:
Payment can be made only through SchoolCash Online.
No late forms or payments will be accepted as per the ski hill’s request. -
Capacity:
A maximum of 130 students can attend the ski trip. Once this number is reached, no additional students will be able to join. Be sure to submit your forms and payment early to secure a spot!
Please note: Incomplete forms will be returned to the student.
