Greg Penney

I was born and raised in Newfoundland and Labrador, and taught one year in my home province before heading to Nunavut to teach for 3 years. I moved to Medicine Hat after my arctic experience and started working in MHCBE in 2007 and I have been teaching at Notre Dame Academy since 2010. Now along with my beautiful wife and 4 amazing children, I proudly call Medicine Hat my home. 
Here at NDA I teach mostly Grade 8 and 9 Social Studies and Science and I've coached a lot of basketball over the years. It is a privilege to teach at a Christian School, and to be able to share the love of Christ with my classes. 
I enjoy working out, playing sports, and biking/hiking/swimming with my family. I love reading and learning about history and politics, and I love listening to and playing music.
